| Deputy Director – Network Operations and Cyber Security | Masters/Four Years Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering / Networking Specialty from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in managing enterprise network/systems infrastructure, operations, and cyber security in a similar role involving network design, monitoring, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. | 40 Years | 5 Years | a) Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and high-availability enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless).
b) Monitor network performance, uptime, and capacity using enterprise-grade tools; proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
c) Manage and configure core network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
d) Perform system administration tasks related to domain controllers, email servers, DNS/DHCP services, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
e) Assist in patch management, system health checks, and log reviews across network and server environments.
f) Ensure enforcement of network security policies and procedures, including firewalls, access control lists, and intrusion prevention systems.
g) Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and other vendors for connectivity and escalation management.
h) Plan and implement network upgrades, redundancy, and failover mechanisms to enhance resilience.
i) Perform root cause analysis of network outages and service degradation; maintain incident and change management logs.
j) Support cybersecurity and disaster recovery efforts through network hardening and business continuity planning.

| Assistant Director- Database Systems | Masters/Four Years Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering in Database Management from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in database systems management in a similar role, involving responsibilities related to database design, administration, optimization, and ensuring data integrity and security. | 35 Years | 3 Years | a) Design, implement, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable database architectures to support enterprise applications
b) Administer and optimize relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB (experience in any of these will be considered)
c) Ensure database performance, tuning, and high availability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
d) Implement and enforce database security policies, backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and failover mechanisms
e) Collaborate with application development teams to design efficient schema structures and integrate data requirements
f) Troubleshoot complex database issues and provide technical support for critical systems
g) Monitor performance, backups, data security, and access control
h) Design ER diagrams, normalization, indexing, and query optimization | 1 |
