2 Senior Researcher Master’s or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or any other relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates possessing higher qualifications, such as a Ph.D., will be given preference.40 Years8 YearsThe key responsibilities will include designing and executing research projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams; conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis using appropriate statistical tools and methodologies; refining and improving research frameworks to enhance efficiency and output quality. He/She must possess the ability to conduct independent research and demonstrate proven leadership in managing and guiding research teams. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration, along with expertise in advanced research methodologies and data analysis. The candidate should be capable of working both independently and within a multidisciplinary regulatory environment, and must have a sound understanding of the regulatory framework in Pakistan1
3 Legal Consultant L.L.B or equivalent degree in Law from an HEC-recognized institution.35 Years7 YearsThe incumbent must have experience in drafting and reviewing legal instruments, including contracts, MOUs, agreements, rules, and regulations, along with strong communication, research, interpretation, and representation skills. The role includes representing the Commission before judicial forums, managing and streamlining litigation for timely disposal, and liaising with Government Departments, public sector entities, and courts. The incumbent will also draft and vet legal instruments, render legal and regulatory advice, and provide well-reasoned opinions on complex corporate matters.2
4 Assistant Director (Legal), CCP Grade-5 L.L.B. or equivalent degree in Law from an HEC-recognized institution.30 Years3 YearsThe candidate must have experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, MoUs, agreements, and other legal documents. He/She should be proficient in preparing legal documents, including complaints, legal opinions, conducting thorough legal research and analysis on statutes, case laws, and relevant legal precedents. The candidate must have the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments, external counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies on complex legal matters. The candidate should be capable of assisting in the interpretation and implementation of relevant laws and regulations, and representing the Commission in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with stakeholders.1
5 Assistant Director (Research), CCP Grade-5Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or any other relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.30 Years3 YearsThe Candidate must have Strong knowledge of in-depth research and data analysis. Must be able to forecast key economic indicators, and assess the impact of policies on the organization and relevant sectors. The incumbent will be responsible for applying advanced statistical and econometric techniques to support evidence-based decision-making, preparing research reports, and providing analytical inputs for policy formulation. The ideal candidate possess an ability to interpret and communicate complex economic and policy concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.1
6 Assistant Director (Market Intelligence Unit), CCP Grade-5Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Econometrics and Data Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution30 Years3 YearsThe key responsibilities will include conducting advanced data analysis, developing forecasting models for key indicators, and evaluating the impact of policies through quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decision-making within the Commission. The incumbent must possess expertise in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and the use of modern analytical tools and techniques. The ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively is essential.2
7 Assistant Director (Networks) CCP Grade-5 Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.30 Years3 YearsThe position holder will be responsible for managing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Commission’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points. The incumbent will monitor overall network performance, ensure system availability, and proactively identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues. The role includes supervising troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of network disruptions, and providing technical guidance to support staff. He/She will also be responsible for maintaining network architecture documentation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with established IT policies and security protocols. Relevant professional certifications in networking will be considered an added advantage.1
8 Assistant Director (Mergers and Acquisitions) CCP Grade-5 Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution Or ACA/ACMA or equivalent 30 Years3 years , N/A in case of ACA/ACMA Review and analyze merger and acquisition cases in accordance with the Competition Law and the Commission’s regulatory framework, conducting valuation assessments and comprehensive risk analysis of proposed transactions. The role includes performing detailed legal and economic evaluations of market structures, dominance issues, and potential anti competitive effects arising from M&A activities. The officer will prepare case reports, analytical briefs, and recommendations for consideration by senior management, while drafting, reviewing, and finalizing transaction-related documents, reports, and presentations. Additionally, the incumbent will develop well-reasoned opinions, analytical notes, and supporting documentation to facilitate M&A enforcement and decision-making processes, and undertake any other assignments related to M&A analysis and enforcement as directed by senior management.2
9 Management Executive, CCP Grade-5 Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution28 YearsN/AThe role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct research, analyze information, prepare reports and working papers, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the effective implementation of the Commission’s mandate. The candidate must be capable of working independently as well as in a team-oriented professional environment. The ideal candidate must have a sound knowledge of regulatory bodies. 2
10 Technical Assistant (Hardware)ICS with a diploma in hardware35 Years10 YearsRespond to technical inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and guide users through appropriate solutions. The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, software, and printers, managing user accounts and permissions, and assisting users in the effective use of email systems, official applications, web platforms, and other digital tools. He/Shewill also configure, manage, and maintain biometric attendance systems, including user enrollment, device synchronization, and attendance reporting. Additionally, the incumbent will provide IT and technical support for in-house and online meetings, hearings, webinars, training sessions, and official events, including configuring and managing audio-visual and conferencing equipment such as microphones, cameras, projectors, and online meeting platforms. The role further involves configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, storage, and associated network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted and reliable surveillance coverage, as well as maintaining helpdesk records, ticket logs, IT documentation, and issue resolution reports.1

12 Naib Qasid CCP Grade-1 Matric27 Years1 YearThe incumbent will be responsible for performing general support duties, including delivery of files and documents, maintenance of cleanliness in assigned areas, and assisting staff in day-to-day office tasks.1

Terms and Conditions:

  • The appointment will be made on a contract basis, for a period of two (02) years, further extendable subject to satisfactory performance, and/or may be considered for regularization.

  • The candidate possessing the requisite qualification, experience, and age may apply. Only shortlisted candidates based on qualification and experience will be called for the interview, and no TA/DA will be given to the candidates to appear in the test/interview.
